Dr. George Domfeh
Statistician/Data Quality Assurance Specialist
Dr. George Domfeh is an educationist and social policy analyst with more than 12 years of progressive experience. He has conducted a lot of research focusing in the education and other social sectors. In particular, Dr Domfe was part of JMK team that conducted the baseline survey on the new education curriculum for the Ministry of Education. Similarly, he participated in the research conducted by JMK on the effectiveness of MoE COVID-19 response and student’s preparedness for re-opening. He has been involved in a number of surveys conducted by ISSER and JMK.
Dr Domfeh has served as survey quality assurance specialist on some of the key household data JMK has collected in the past 6 years, where he designs surveys and questionnaires to make surveys easy to administer, train or write instructions on how to properly manage and organize survey data. He also involved in data editing and cleaning by using data scrubbing techniques to separate files and thoroughly check for overall quality. He also performs data management functions to maintain and update precise databases to produce accurate conclusions and results.
Dr. Domfeh analyzes data STATA and CSPro software to spot trends and detect relationships within data sets. He commonly conducts tests to determine the reliability and soundness of the data we collect. He also compiles findings from database by creating reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret the data.
