George Baani is a research consultant with 7 years’ experience of in practical research, data analysis, data management CAPI questionnaire design, mobile data collection, and policy analysis. George has experience in project management and project coordination in the areas of baseline, midline, endlines, household surveys, and census. George has served as a team member, manage projects, and in some cases a field coordinator of projects he has been involved in over the years for our clients. George sometimes trains enumerators on the use of mobile apps for data collection and monitors the data collected online through interactive Power BI dashboards. George understands data and its importance to any project implementation. With his experience, he has the capacity to ensure quality data. He brings on board fresh experience in project management as well as coordination and his wealth of experience in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. He has strong analytical skills due to his sociological focus and leadership roles in various projects he has conducted. George has worked on several quantitative and qualitative data collections such as NGGA, LAP2, T-TEL, TechnoServe, and Reach projects. He has also worked and was very instrumental in the CAPI designs of projects carried out by JMK such as Child Rights International GLCMS, MOCA baseline, T-Tel baseline, REACH baseline, JICA baseline, NGGA baseline, and LAP2 project. George is familiar with the southern and northern terrain, cultures, and religious practices.
