The Inclusion Ghana is interested in developing a web-based integrated M&E Information Management System (IMS) to improve their organizational capabilities, responsiveness and efficiency of its M&E functions at corporate, divisional and grantees levels. The system is intended to facilitate the collection, collation and reporting of progress of implementation and achievement of results in a real time manner to support evidence-based decision making and management. By integrating the organizational, functional and operational information, the system is expected to support evidence-based decision making and knowledge sharing at all levels of the forestry sector.

In undertaking this assignment, JMK:
a) Designed an M&E system and implementation plan.
b) Developed Management Information System to Support M&E System.
c) Developed and implemented various standard monitoring protocols (including questionnaires and survey designs)
d) Reviewed any existing M&E software to determine its suitability to the system to be developed and upgrade its functionality to the new M&E system
e) Provided in-house training to staff
