Fhi360 contracted JMK to conduct the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) for the USAID Partnership for Education: Learning Transition to English (T2E) program. T2E was implemented in 230 schools selected from 10 regions covering both public and private schools. To measure the effectiveness of the T2E approach, JMK collected EGRA data at baseline and endline from 230 schools comprising 130 T2E schools and 100 control schools in Greater Accra.
