Jody Williams is a development consultant with 15 years of experience in survey research designs. He is a senior expert specializing in project monitoring and evaluation systems, results framework, M&E plans, processes and procedures and study designs. He has been the lead consultant at JMK in the most baseline, mid-term and evaluation assignments conducted for several organisations. With a background in M & E, Jody has a demonstrable understanding of market study designs required for assignments such as RAN’s study.
He possesses strong research design and implementation skills in one of the quantitative or qualitative research methods, alongside strong data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills. He has demonstrated the capacity to oversee the development/implementation of work plans, reports and presentations. In addition, Jody has experience managing and supervising staff and ensuring that team roles/responsibilities complement one another.
Jody has specialized expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods that can support the assessment of project indicators and project design. He has extensive experience conducting project evaluation and impact assessment in Ghana. Jody has considerable knowledge and understanding SME sector, having carried out several researches in the sector.
In addition, Jody has experience managing and supervising staff and ensuring that team roles/responsibilities complement one another. He also can work in a diverse setting with public, private and NGO sectors and convey research results to non-technical stakeholders and generate interest in the use of M&E data/results for programmatic improvements. He has excellent interpersonal, communications (written and oral), teamwork and supervisory skills, the ability to write clear and concise technical documents and excellent writing and communications skills in English.
